The word for today, and for the years to 2020 and beyond, is Fellowship.

Of course many organizations offer fellowships and many organizations are now affectionately referring to their highest class of membership as Fellow (CIPS as example, Microsoft as another). Fellowship of course has several meanings and therefore may as example refer to such things as an academic position, merit-based financial support, or a period of development such as after residency. It however can also relate to a condition of sharing similar interests, ideals or experiences.

Ideally the future leading to 2020 and beyond will strengthen the term as applied to financially supporting those that work within the industry to help towards enabling positive change, including change that may help grow a true universal "fellowship" within the IT industry and all that is part of the interconnected universe known as the Internet. Increasingly IT Pros and the general public need to come together in positive ways to help shape the future of the net and the world they and future generations live within.

Fellowship is a word to think about; one to explore and share news within the interconnected universe would beam. 

In the present time everyone is increasingly expecting access to valuable information, applications and services. As we continue to evolve we will increasingly awaken to dawn an age of true universal fellowship, elemental laws, and interconnectedness to the lifestyles of higher beings everywhere. Increasingly IT has the potential to be a significant force for the good of humanity. While clarity may require seeing with more than your eyes, increasingly it is becoming very evident that knowledge, insights, and more, collective wisdom, are progressively evolving inherent to the evolution and growing population of the Internet. 

Now is the time to really start to think in a direction for increasing the universal fellowship of the net (IT Pros and all now connected by software, technology and information). Every person has value, and all can contribute to shaping the future. Each person is therefore a star within the universe. Some may be waiting to be discovered, however all can humbly strive to manifest their dreams while doing what they can to give back positive energy. The word for today, and for the years to 2020 and beyond, is Fellowship. Think about it, think about IT; the industry has a tremendous responsibility, and opportunity. Increasingly IT must become a true universal fellowship that is for the benefit of all.
