Will a worldwide fellowship of smart Government and a Global IT Consortium progressively emerge on route to 2020, 2050 or beyond? As a state, quality, manner or fact of being spiritual (or as a concern with things of great spirit, or as a preoccupation with what concerns human inner nature (especially ethical or ideological values), "Socrates' inwardness, integrity, and inquisitiveness"—HRFinch); how important is the spirit of such collaborations to ultimately achieve tremendous gains for humanity?

True universal fellowship, starts with balance

True universal fellowship (within the IT industry, and as it could more so exist as a condition involving the IT industry and the worldwide general public), starts with balance or it can grow with an increased focus on improving balance. Increasing the latter for some may relate to load balancing and various forms of sharing. To others it may mean enhancing intuitive skills within IT and throughout the world. Perhaps the book, True Balance, will help in some way ("When you balance your seven energy centers, you reclaim your natural rights and reestablish your natural order. Balancing your energy centers isn't particularly hard, especially if you think of it as a process of not just living your life, but actually loving your life." — Sonia Choquette). Among the various perspectives and options for improving balance, perhaps the increasing movement toward the open source world will be of significant help. Have a Happy Valentine's Day. May you find improved balance, and may you somehow help or inspire others within the interconnected universe to fly or beam to greater dimensions of it ( IT ) by 2020 and beyond!

Together we can really bring great things to life

As forces for good increasingly join as one loads become lighter and the future becomes brighter. The boarders which block us from achieving quality and value in the highest inherent form will increasingly fade into the darkness enabling many icons to come together. The puzzle pieces of a web, matrix and interconnected universe will embed themselves more deeply within the fabric of life-cycle automation and the inherent characteristics that emerge will more than meet requirements, they will redefine them. The capability maturity that will come from great unions will go beyond the spice of models that many may enjoy in our world today. From collective optimism comes collective wisdom. The future will continually move towards ensuring a universe designed to benefit all.

Let me begin this talk with an explanation for those in the audience that think that SPICE is a cable TV channel that offers shows of women in various states of undress. The SPICE I am talking about is about twenty years older and certainly nowhere near as exciting.
